Michael Crockatt

Michael is a recognized leader in Canada’s travel and tourism industry. As President and CEO of Ottawa Tourism, he leads the organization responsible for promoting Canada’s capital as a premier destination while advancing long-term destination development. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at InterVISTAS Consulting and held senior leadership roles with the Winnipeg Airports Authority and Ottawa International Airport Authority. An active industry volunteer, Michael has chaired the Tourism Industry Association of Canada and serves as the Chair of the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario. He has received numerous honours and holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Manitoba.

(Vice Chair) Executive Director, Ontario's Southwest

Joanne Wolnik

Joanne has served as Executive Director of Ontario’s Southwest Regional Tourism Organization (OSW) since 2021, after previously leading tourism development initiatives for the organization. With a background in municipal economic development and tourism, she has worked extensively to support tourism growth across the region. Joanne is also an entrepreneur, owning and operating an equestrian facility, where she launched visitor experiences, including one featured on the Airbnb Experiences platform. She holds an MBA, an Honours degree specializing in tourism, and a designation in Economic Development. Joanne is passionate about helping tourism entrepreneurs create memorable visitor experiences across Ontario’s Southwest.

(Past Chair) President, Culinary Tourism Alliance

Rebecca Mackenzie

Rebecca is President & CEO of the Culinary Tourism Alliance, where she champions the connection between food, agriculture, tourism, arts, and culture. She has led award-winning initiatives, including Prince Edward County’s Taste Trail, the Feast On® certification program, and the national Great Taste of Canada campaign. A respected industry leader, Rebecca is Past Chair of the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario and Visit The County and serves on the UNWTO Gastronomic Tourism Network. She holds a Master’s in Global Leadership from Royal Roads University and earned her Certified Destination Management Executive designation in 2024.


(Secretary) CEO, Events by Dionne, Inc.

Dionne Bishop

Dionne is the CEO of Events by Dionne Inc., where she helps organizations turn experiential investments into measurable business outcomes. Working with C-suite leaders managing $500,000+ in annual spend, she designs and governs experience portfolios that bring structure, visibility, and accountability across marketing, sales, HR, and leadership. Her work often begins with auditing existing initiatives to uncover gaps, missed opportunities, and fragmented decision-making. From there, she builds integrated systems that align experiences with business goals. Through strategy, architecture, and execution, Dionne ensures experiences are not just well-planned, but purposefully designed to perform. Her signature methodology, Strategic Hospitality, drives results in real time where it matters most.


Director of Economic Development and Communications for the Town of Lincoln

Paul Di Ianni

Paul is the Town of Lincoln’s first Director of Economic Development and Communications. After spending close to a decade working in Toronto at Queen’s Park and in the private sector, both focusing on economic development and stakeholder relations, Paul is now devoted to assisting businesses in Lincoln, driving retention and expansion, innovation, and entrepreneurship activities. Following his time at Queen’s Park, Paul worked in public affairs for Edelman Public Relations, the world’s largest PR firm. While at Edelman, Paul led the team that successfully advocated for foreign direct investment in Ontario for both the Ontario Ministries of Economic Development and Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, among other clients. Paul holds both a combined Honours Degree in History and Political Science and a Master of Arts in in Political Science from McMaster University.

Isabelle deBruyn

Isabelle has over 30 years of experience in economic development and tourism. She holds a Master's in Tourism Management from the University of Savoie and North London University. After moving to Canada in 2000, she spent 16 years in rural economic development. In 2016, she returned to tourism to promote Francophone and bilingual tourism in Ontario. In October 2023, she joined Tourism HR Canada as Vice President of Labour Market Information to tackle the sector's labour crisis.


Senior Manager of Tourism and Community Development, Six Nations Tourism

Jaquie Jamieson

Jaquie is a the Senior Manager of Tourism and Community Development at Six Nations Tourism, an award-winning destination organization. She champions the promotion of authentic Indigenous culture and heritage. Under her leadership, the organization was recognized with the Indigenous Tourism Award at the Ontario Tourism Summit.


Executive Director, Kingston Accommodation Partners

Krista Marie LeClair

Krista is the Chief Executive Officer of Kingston Accommodation Partners (KAP), where she leads advocacy, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen Kingston's visitor economy and accommodation sector. Working closely with industry, government, and community stakeholders, Krista champions sustainable tourism growth and destination development while supporting policies that drive overnight visitation and economic impact. With a collaborative leadership style and a passion for building vibrant tourism destinations, she is dedicated to advancing Kingston as a premier four-season destination for visitors and residents alike.

Executive Director, Tourism North Bay

Tanya Bédard

Tanya is the Executive Director of Tourism North Bay, where she leads destination marketing, tourism development, and industry collaboration to grow North Bay's visitor economy. A lifelong Northern Ontarian, Tanya brings more than a decade of experience in economic development, business support, and community building, including her previous role with the City of North Bay, where she championed tourism initiatives and the local film and television industry. Tanya is passionate about showcasing Northern Ontario's unique experiences and fostering partnerships that strengthen tourism, support local businesses, and enhance community prosperity.


Executive Director, Smart Serve Ontario

Richard Anderson

Richard is the Executive Director of Smart Serve Ontario and a respected leader in the province’s hospitality and tourism sector, with a career rooted in education, community leadership, and workforce development. Since taking on his role in 2017, Anderson has led Smart Serve Ontario—the organization responsible for delivering the province’s officially authorized Responsible Alcohol Beverage Sales and Service Training Program, approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and required for individuals working across bars, restaurants, events, and tourism venues. His broader professional background includes leadership roles in post‑secondary and nonprofit organizations, where he developed a strong focus on public education, operational management, and supporting service-based industries. 



Chief Operating Officer, Nieuport Aviation

Eve Wiggins

Eve Wiggins is an accomplished transportation executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning Canadian and international transit and aviation sectors. As Chief Operating Officer at Billy Bishop Airport, she oversees passenger experience, operations, facilities management, safety and security, maintenance, information technology, and commercial partnerships.

Eve holds a Master of Science in Airport Planning and Management and multiple certifications. She is active in governance through board appointments and is recognized as a thought leader in the transportation sector.


Chief Operations Officer, Toronto Zoo

Jennifer Tracey

Jennifer has served as the senior director of strategic communications and guest experience at the Toronto Zoo in Canada since 2013. Throughout her career, Tracey has worked in the Senate of Canada, the House of Commons and the Office of the Premier. She has also held senior roles in the nonprofit healthcare sector in Ontario. She now works with groups such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and oversees the development and delivery of a new paid internship programme called The Call (Climate Action Learning and Leadership). She is also a key strategic driver of a new exotic animal wellbeing legislation in Canada.


Vice-President, Destination Development, Destination Toronto

Kelly Jackson

Kelly is the former Vice President, External Affairs and Professional Learning at Humber Polytechnic, where she served on the Executive Team and led external partnerships, corporate training, and professional learning initiatives. Previously, she held senior communications and policy roles with the Ontario Government, including positions supporting the Ministers of Finance, Education, and Training, Colleges and Universities. Kelly is Past President of the Empire Club of Canada and continues to serve on its Board. She is also a board director with North York Harvest Food Bank and is actively involved with Atlantik Brücke and the Canadian Children's Opera Company.


General Manager, Ottawa Marriott Hotel

Colin Morrison

Colin is a hospitality leader with more than 30 years of experience in hotel operations and management. He currently serves as General Manager of the Ottawa Embassy Hotel & Suites, following leadership roles at ARC The Hotel, Touchstone Resort, Hockley Valley Resort, and other properties across Canada. A two-time Ottawa Hotelier of the Year (2018 and 2022), Morrison is an active industry advocate, serving on the boards of the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario, the Ottawa Gatineau Hotel Association, and the Bytown Museum. He also previously served as Chair of Ottawa Tourism and co-chaired a provincial tourism task force with the Ontario government.


President & CEO, Little Mushroom Catering

Stephanie Soulis

Stephanie is the President & CEO of Little Mushroom Catering. She created LMC in 2010 as a natural extension of her love for food and quality service. Stephanie was featured in a commercial for CTV in Libro’s Share the Future campaign. She is past Chair of the Board for the Kitchener Public Library, past Chair of the Board for Foodlink Waterloo Region, and was a Director with the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce. Stephanie also sits on the Waterloo Region Food System Round Table and is Chair of the Conestoga College Hospitality Program Advisory Committee. Stephanie currently sits as a Director on the Board for Libro Credit Union. She is a volunteer with the Business Education Partnership program, Junior Achievement, and a proud member of 100+Women Who Care Waterloo Region.
